Currently a UX Designer at Co-operators, I lead end-to-end design initiatives across digital platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategy with broader business objectives. I lean on UX principles, agile collaboration, and data-informed insights to drive clarity, consistency, and measurable impact in every project.
With deep experience in insurance and financial services, I’ve developed a strong understanding of designing for regulated, complex environments and how to bring empathy and clarity to them through thoughtful design.
